    Job Description

    • To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for products in allocated Territory with team 
    • Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territory 
    • Understand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix)
    • To acquire new / existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets through the team assigned
    • Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product 
    • Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory 
    • Account Management for Large and Premium accounts
    • Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos 
    • At least minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales
    • Hard Core Sales, and good field marketing experience
    • Good Communication skills required 

Salary: INR 20,000 - 50,000 P.M Plus TA , Da , Excellent performance based incentives

    • Locals from Chandigarh or surrounding areas will be preferred
    • 1-4 years professional experience in Business Development and Sales.
    • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of local geography and local markets is extremely important
    • Should be open for frequent travels
    • Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a good college
    • Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements, end to end
    • An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company
    • Team player as well as ability to work independently
    • High attention to details
    • Extremely organized, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.
